1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping – Free

Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days

Express Shipping – £4.99

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping costs £4.99 per order.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided depending on the shipping method selected. If available, tracking details will be sent via email after dispatch.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

courier services
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons)

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
